About This Role
This Research Analyst position supports financial research and analysis across various investment products, including mutual fund schemes and insurance schemes. The role is ideal for a motivated finance graduate or postgraduate interested in financial research and investment analysis, offering structured training and guidance to develop expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on mutual fund schemes, insurance schemes, and stocks
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and Excel-based reports
- Support financial planning and investment-related analysis
- Prepare and analyze fund- and stock-specific reports
- Perform IT and AI-related calculations and analysis as required
- Deliver reports accurately and within the required timelines
- Work professionally and collaboratively with team members
- Support client requirements and attend client visits when required
Requirements
- B.Com
- BBA in Financial Management
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and investment products
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Customer-service orientation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
