This 6-month engagement is for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver global hiring plans. You will own day-to-day recruitment across commercial, product, and technical teams, partner with hiring managers, and optimize the recruitment framework and Bob Hiring ATS. The role involves driving an improved candidate experience, aligning processes with the framework, and bringing sourcing expertise to hard-to-fill roles across multiple countries.
