This role is designed for individuals who want more than just a job. As a Remote Sales Associate, you will receive professional training, ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and a clear path toward advancement within the company.
You will work directly with individuals who have already requested information about available programs. Your role is to educate clients, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process in a professional and supportive manner.
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
You will work with warm, pre-qualified clients through virtual appointments.
Sales Associate Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Associate, you will:
- Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone consultations
- Present company-approved products professionally
- Educate clients on available benefit options
- Assist clients with applications and enrollments
- Maintain organized digital client records
- Provide excellent follow-up and customer service
- Meet weekly activity and performance goals
