What You'll Do
- Source, qualify, and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and candidates
- Develop recruitment strategies tailored to client needs
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions
- Deliver a high-touch experience for candidates and clients

Compensation
- Base salary: $35,568 annually ($1,482 paid twice monthly)
- Commission potential: $36K-$500K+ annually
- No cap on commissions - your earnings are directly tied to your effort and results
