What You'll Do
- Provide individual telehealth counseling using a secure HIPAA-compliant platform
- Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to support patient recovery
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and state regulations
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered addiction and behavioral health services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
- Active Indiana LCSW, LMHC, or LMSW license with MATS certification required
- Experience in substance use disorder (SUD), addiction treatment, behavioral health, or telehealth preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
