- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of corporate and commercial contracts
Requirements
- 7+ years of legal experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of corporate and commercial contracts
- Experience working in-house, preferably at a technology company
- Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
- Strong communication skills
- Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
- Outstanding references
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence

- Experience working in the AI industry or on AI related matters
- Deep understanding of how contract terms can affect company finances
