About This Role

This role is for a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D/Psy.D) to conduct autism assessments for adults via telehealth, joining a team dedicated to creating affordable, accessible diagnostic services and shaping best practices in adult autism assessment. The position offers flexibility to match diverse backgrounds and career stages, whether building a career foundation, balancing work with other responsibilities, or expanding clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive autism assessments for adults via telehealth
• Deliver actionable feedback to clients following evaluations and develop personalized post-assessment plans
• Write clear, thorough clinical reports that document findings and recommendations
• Participate in case consultations and clinical collaborative opportunities
• Focus on direct client care while administrative tasks and insurance billing are handled by the company

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Psychologist with no disciplinary actions
• Identity-affirming approach to patient care
• Strong clinical judgment and clinical interview skills
• Tech competence and self-direction
• Desire to support an underserved population of autistic adults

Nice to have:

• PSYPACT licensure or eligibility
• Experience with adult diagnostic evaluations
• Background working with neurodivergent populations
