About the role
Rex.zone is hiring a mid-senior Remote Business Generalist to support cross-functional operations across planning, execution, analytics, coordination, and process improvement. You will partner with product, sales, finance, HR, and customer operations to drive measurable outcomes through clear documentation, KPI reporting, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from intake to launch: scope, milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, documentation, and operating processes
- Create and maintain KPI reporting (weekly/monthly), dashboards, and performance narratives
- Run operational cadences (standups, business reviews, retros) and keep actions unblocked
- Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and measure impact on cycle time, quality, or cost
- Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders; manage communications and status updates
- Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and structured decision-making materials
Required Qualifications
- Mid-senior experience in business operations, program management, business analysis, or generalist roles
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Hands-on KPI reporting experience with metrics, dashboards, and operational data
- Excellent written documentation skills (requirements, SOPs, meeting notes, status reports)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams remotely with high ownership and clear communication
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and creating structure through process design
Remote Work and Location This role is Remote and intended for candidates located in Canada .
