About This Role
This role is for a Salesforce DevOps Senior Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, CICD automation, release management, environment strategy, and DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable DevOps processes across Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and AMS engagements, while ensuring high-quality and reliable deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce DevOps and CICD pipelines
- Automate deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Manage source control and branching strategies using Git
- Support release planning, deployment execution, and rollback strategies
- Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA, and Business teams to streamline release processes
- Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development standards
- Manage environment strategy, metadata deployments, and configuration migration
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and performance bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and release notes
- Mentor junior developers and DevOps engineers
