Job Summary: The Relationship Manager-Relationship Banking formulates, designs, plans, executes, and manages sales and marketing strategies (within the contest of bank wide or broader institutional objectives) to maximize business volume and deposits while maintaining teamwork with the service ad operations personnel.
What You’ll Do
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and increasing deposit accounts and portfolio.
- Conduct market research and client outreach to identify needs and offer tailored banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Evaluate client credit applications and endorse qualified cases with proper documentation.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns, supporting branch operations, and promoting cross-selling initiatives.
