The Relationship Manager – Retail Banking is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, expanding deposit portfolios, and managing client relationships. The role focuses on delivering tailored financial solutions, ensuring excellent customer experience, and collaborating with branch teams to meet sales and service targets.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business and grow deposits through active client acquisition and portfolio management.
- Conduct market research, client calls, and presentations to identify needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including regular engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assess creditworthiness and endorse loan or credit applications with complete documentation.
- Partner with branch teams to ensure excellent service delivery, resolve client concerns, and achieve business targets.
