Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents.
- Drive advisor productivity, sales, renewals, and target achievement.
- Train advisors on the company app and processes.
- Manage regular meetings and relationships with advisors.
- Drive distribution of Motor, Health & Life Insurance products.
- Ensure compliance, business hygiene, and achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
- Identify new opportunities to increase sales and market reach.
