Job Responsibilities
- Solicit and acquire new clients for commercial loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ business and financing needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and other business development activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual sales and revenue targets.
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial loan sales / solicitation.
- Proven track record in acquiring clients and achieving sales or revenue targets.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to understand clients’ financing needs.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a sales-focused environment.
- Able to work effectively with internal and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese would be advantageous for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
