East West Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its Escrow & Accommodator Industries team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships across the Escrow, Title, Accommodator, and Special Industry markets, working closely with department management to negotiate and close new business relationships.
Job Duties
- Call on and visit customers to promote and sell the Bank’s products and services
- Attend industry regional meetings and conferences as assigned to represent the Bank in strategic markets
- Locate and propose potential business opportunities by contacting prospective partners and exploring new relationships
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department’s goals and objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 4–6 years of progressive sales experience
- Strong understanding of financial institution departments and operations
- Excellent customer service skills via phone and email
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High energy level and the ability to sell to customer needs
- Ability to develop a sales plan, prospect independently, and close new business
- Knowledge of the Escrow, Title, and Accommodator markets preferred
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
