Role & responsibilities

Manage overall branch sales operations, including business development, customer service, and compliance.
Drive home loan business growth through direct sourcing, connectors, builder tie-ups, and open-market channels.
Build and maintain strong customer and builder relationships to maximize business value and cross-sell opportunities.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team; recruit high-performing talent while fostering engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
Monitor branch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC; exposure to Loans Against Property preferred.
