About the Role
As a Relationship Manager at NHA India, your primary responsibility is to build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise leads through proactive outbound calling. You will be the first point of contact for every prospect identifying the right person, creating genuine interest, and scheduling face-to-face meetings.
You will attend all client meetings alongside our Business Development Manager. Once an enquiry is confirmed, you will maintain the client relationship throughout the sales cycle and your relationship with the client can play a key role in supporting closure wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls daily to senior corporate contacts: IT Heads, IT Procurement Managers, and Purchase Managers from data provided by our internal team

Qualify prospects and identify genuine IT hardware requirements

Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with clients alongside the BDM

Build strong, trust-based relationships with every account you open

Support the BDM in deal closure by leveraging your client relationship wherever needed

Maintain accurate records of all calls, meetings, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM

Participate in weekly pipeline review every Saturday (Work from Home)
