Role & responsibilities

Drive field sales and customer acquisition within the assigned territory.
Generate business through self-sourcing, referrals, local networking, and market visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, prospects, and business partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial/insurance solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
Develop strong knowledge of the local market, competition, and customer segments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer onboarding.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
