KEY RESULT AREAS
· To build, acquire and grow business with diversified clientele as below and in line with the company’s vision and mission and complying with the company’s business ethics and investment philosophy in order to achieve the company’s AUM target allocated by the Management.
· To provide excellent professional service and support at all times to meet the demands and expectations of the Client or Business Partners.
· To show a high level of teamwork; understand and support team goals/targets and actively contribute to team performance. Able to work closely with personnel from other departments.
· To deliver quality work, manage time and resources effectively, and ensure that all work processes adhere to OpusAM & the Business Development Division’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
· Ensure strict compliance to regulations, Security Commission Guidelines, internal guidelines, etc., and full compliance of internal and external policies and procedures in the areas of responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience Required
· Minimum a degree in Marketing / Business / Finance / Investment / Accounting or any other related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
· Preferably 1 to 2 years of sales experience in financial products.
· Sales-driven, proactive, results-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic, good interpersonal skills and aggressive individual with proven track records.
