Pay Range: $40 - $56/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support vehicle onboarding and offboarding, including maintaining spreadsheets, updating vehicle profiles in internal compliance systems, managing vehicle documentation, and securely storing physical and digital records.
- Support process improvement initiatives for vehicle compliance workflows by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Collect and organize internal operational data to support timely and accurate regulatory submissions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 3+ years of experience supporting compliance or program management within a highly regulated industry, preferably transportation.
- Experience working with large datasets, including data validation, quality control, and accuracy management.
- Experience conducting internal audits or regulatory-focused investigations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
- Proficiency with client Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
- Experience creating and managing operational documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data-management capabilities.
- Experience with fleet management.
- Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, integrity, personal ownership, and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- High technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn proprietary software and internal compliance systems.
- Developing proficiency with Salesforce.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for operational tracking and reporting.
