About the role
For our client, an international organization building a new Service & Excellence Hub in Krakow, we are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager US to support the North American business with a primary focus on the United States. You will work at the intersection of science, legislation, and commercial priorities - driving US regulatory compliance, enabling market access, and translating requirements into practical guidance for internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own and coordinate US regulatory compliance activities across the portfolio, ensuring requirements are met on time and in the right format
- Prepare, review, and advise on regulatory documentation (e.g., dossiers, labeling, claims and commercial materials) to support compliant market communication
- Act as a key contact for federal and state-level topics, including processes linked to FDA and, where relevant, USDA (e.g., facility-related obligations, reporting)
- Track regulatory changes and turn them into actionable recommendations, highlighting risks and opportunities for the business
- Keep regulatory records in order-certificates, supporting documents, and product files-so information is audit-ready and easy to access
- Work closely with Commercial, R&D, Quality and Product Stewardship, and provide day-to-day support to customers when regulatory input is needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the feed/animal nutrition area (or related sector)
- A degree in a life-science-related field (e.g., food/animal science, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, toxicology or similar)
- Very good English (min. C1 level)
- Strong practical knowledge of the US regulatory environment and how registrations / state-level processes work in real life
- Confidence working with FDA-related requirements; familiarity with USDA topics and import documentation is a plus
- A structured, independent working style-you can prioritize, move topics forward, and look for solutions rather than blockers
Benefits:
- Opportunity to join a global, fast‑growing organization with strong focus on operational excellence
- Role with high visibility and close cooperation with senior leadership.
- A science‑led, innovative environment with strong focus on sustainability and business impact.
- Full‑time employment
- Hybrid model of work: 3 days per week in the office
- Social benefits package
- Parking for employees
