Job Description Regulatory Affairs Executive (1 year – contract) Based in Binh Duong Office

Job Purpose / Mục tiêu công việc: Support timely product registration activities for feed devices (including imported products like FAI, Bernaqua, Vet drugs, and domestic aqua/livestock products) in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Hỗ trợ kịp thời các hoạt động đăng ký sản phẩm thức ăn chăn nuôi (bao gồm hàng nhập khẩu như FAI, Bernaqua, thuốc thú y và hàng sản xuất trong nước cho thủy sản/gia súc) theo đúng quy định của pháp luật và công ty. Key Responsibilities / Trách Nhiệm Chính

• Compile, evaluate, and maintain registration dossiers, technical databases, and product labels/leaflets.

Soạn thảo, đánh giá và lưu trữ các hồ sơ đăng ký, cơ sở dữ liệu kỹ thuật, cùng nhãn mác và tờ rơi sản phẩm .

• Monitor timelines for new registrations, renewals, and license variations to ensure strict deadlines are met.

Theo dõi tiến độ đăng ký mới, gia hạn và thay đổi giấy phép để đảm bảo đáp ứng các thời hạn nghiêm ngặt.

• Ensure full compliance with regulations set by the Department of Livestock Production, Directorate of Fisheries, Department of Animal Health, and local DARDs.

Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định của Cục Chăn nuôi, Cục Thủy sản, Cục Thú y và các Sở Nông nghiệp & Phát triển Nông thôn liên quan.

• Liaise, negotiate, and make presentations to regulatory authorities to obtain marketing permissions, certificates, and support audits.

Làm việc, đàm phán và thuyết trình với các cơ quan quản lý để xin cấp phép lưu hành, chứng nhận và hỗ trợ công tác thanh tra/đánh giá.

• Coordinate internal workflows across departments and handle other assigned tasks.

Phối hợp quy trình làm việc giữa các phòng ban nội bộ và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao. Job Requirements / Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

• University degree majoring in Agriculture, Veterinary, Feed Manufacturing, or related fields.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Nông nghiệp, Thú y, Sản xuất thức ăn chăn nuôi hoặc các ngành liên quan .

• At least 2–4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs (RA) or equivalent roles.

Tối thiểu 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Regulatory Affairs (RA) hoặc vị trí tương đương.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data collection, and analysis tools; comfortable using specialist computer applications.

Thành thạo Microsoft Office, các công cụ thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu; sử dụng tốt các ứng dụng máy tính chuyên ngành.

• English proficiency is an advantage.
