Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-employment health screenings and collaborate with Human Resources for accommodations.
- Manage surveillance services, including Tuberculosis and hearing conservation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
- Participate in committees to share health data and promote caregiver well-being.
- Provide vaccinations and manage caregiver exposures to infectious diseases.
- Travel to various locations to deliver on-site services as needed.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.
- Manage inventory and ensure equipment functionality.
Requirements
- High accuracy and service-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate time management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Ability to learn a new in-house EHR system.
