Qualifications And Skills
- Current RN license
- Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days)
- ACLS certification (required within 12 months)
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience, neonatal resuscitation, fetal monitoring, and STABLE certification
Key Duties
- Providing specialized care in a 6-bed Women’s Services unit
- Utilizing technology and specialized care plans to improve patient outcomes
- Educating patients and families tailored to individual needs
- Working collaboratively across disciplines to ensure comprehensive care
