Role Overview: The position involves providing patient care in both office and clinical settings, requiring adherence to safety protocols and infection control policies.
Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care to patients across all age groups, perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting, and work in a fast-paced environment with potential interruptions. Use PPE as mandated and maintain compliance with infection control standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have a nursing degree from an accredited school, with a preference for a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and prior clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care. Hold a current New York State RN license, CPR certification, ACLS, and PALS. Additional certifications in nursing specialties are advantageous.
Work Environment: Perform duties in an air-conditioned, heated environment, with exposure to cleaning solutions and disinfectants. The role involves frequent physical activity and working near patients and staff.
Other Details: Responsible for access to all patient information, including restricted data (Level 4). No supervision of staff is required.
