About the role
Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary care team responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practices, ensure patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity, and partner with patients and families to meet their goals. Coordinate and document safe care delivery, promote teamwork and collaboration, support performance improvement, and participate in evidence-based practice and research activities. Contribute to resource planning, protocol development, and uphold organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications: Must have an active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and a minimum of less than one year of clinical experience post-nursing education. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required or preferred.
