Role: Registered Nurse Step Down Traveler
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to intermediate-acuity patients on the step-down unit. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and manage complex care plans, titrate IV medications, and monitor cardiac/telemetry status. Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide patient and family education, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and adhere to strict safety and infection-control protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse licensure, strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in IV medication management, telemetry monitoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety are essential.
