Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary environment. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, and adapt care to meet individual patient needs while respecting cultural diversity.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
- Coordinate delivery of safe care, maintain accurate documentation, and foster a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practices.
- Serve as preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development and professional growth.
- Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
- Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
- Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
