This Registered Nurse Telehealth position provides remote nursing support to assist in the delivery of patient care through telehealth services. The role works under the supervision of the Regional Telehealth Nurse Manager and in collaboration with onsite clinical staff to assess patient needs, support care planning, and guide patient education. It supports the nursing process by assisting with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, helping to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated patient care using virtual technology.
