Registered Nurse - Team Lead - Medical/Surgical

Join a dynamic medical-surgical team as a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced acute care setting. Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.
• Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and monitoring patient progress.
• Administering medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Educating patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge planning.
• Recognizing patient condition changes and intervening promptly to ensure safety.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications Include

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Current valid RN license, preferably in North Carolina or a Multi-State/Compact license.
• One year of medical-surgical or acute care experience is preferred.
