Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive patient care across hospital, home care, or senior communities. Key Responsibilities Include
- Performing all aspects of nursing care, including assessment, intervention, education, and planning, in compliance with Professional Nursing Law.
- Communicating effectively with multidisciplinary team members about patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Supervising staff providing direct and indirect patient care.
- Acting as a patient advocate, ensuring needs are met throughout the healthcare experience.
- Supporting the development of new staff and advancing the nursing profession.
Qualifications And Skills Include
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- BSN required within three years of hire; specialty certification preferred.
- Proficiency in IV skills, BLS certification, and additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP within specified timeframes.
- Willingness to work alternate shifts and complete orientation and competency validation.
Additional Requirements

- Participation in annual stroke education and NIH certification as applicable to the department.
- Must meet regulatory requirements for licensure and certifications.
