Key Responsibilities
- Assesses patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.
- Develops and modifies individualized care plans collaboratively.
- Implements interventions to achieve patient outcomes and evaluates progress.
- Documents clinical information accurately and maintains current knowledge.
- Demonstrates technical proficiency with equipment and lab testing.
- Shares knowledge and promotes professional development among team members.
- Ensures patient safety and proper use of equipment.
- Coordinates care with team members, utilizing resources to meet patient needs.
- Provides patient and family education tailored to developmental and cultural factors.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and process enhancements.
- Advocates for patients and collaborates with physicians and team members to optimize care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies and work in a fast-paced environment.
