Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Transitional Care Unit in a Level I Trauma Center.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and communicate individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-discharge needs.
- Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, developing critical thinking and clinical skills.
- Build a strong clinical foundation with exposure to diverse medical conditions, preparing for future specialty roles.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Current RN license; no prior experience necessary.
- Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
