The Supervisor, under the supervision of the Department Director, manages patient care, assures quality, and assists in the supervision of other professionals and health care workers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit required
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Three years current perioperative services experience required
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within six months
- ACLS and CNOR certifications within 12 months of start date in position/department
- Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the Department Director; Progressive and successful work history
