About the role

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities: Monitor patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, coordinate patient flow, deliver safe care, and document assessments and interventions. Act as a patient advocate, respond to concerns, educate patients and families, and promote patient-centered care. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals. Foster professional growth through ongoing education, certifications, and leadership activities. Mentor and support team members while maintaining confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing; active RN license (single-state or multi-state); BLS certification required. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional development and quality improvement. Ability to prioritize patient needs and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
