About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting nursing practice, and ensuring safety within the unit.
Key duties include supervising and coordinating patient care operations, assisting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in assessing and implementing nursing strategies, and maintaining 24/7 accountability for Same Day Surgery and PACU services.
Qualified candidates must hold an active RN license in the state of practice , possess at least 2 years of management or leadership experience in a hospital setting , and demonstrate effective communication, leadership, and operational skills .
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing .
Responsibilities also involve providing mentorship, role modeling, and advocating for the nursing profession, along with performing related duties as needed.
