About the role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) role, responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. Key Duties Include
- Assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients per shift and at the unit level
- Supervising staff and delegating care appropriately
- Supporting high standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control
- Coordinating and planning patient care within prescribed medical regimes
- Fulfilling hospital incident command system roles during emergencies and understanding emergency protocols
Qualifications And Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by law
- CPR certification
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing
