As a PACU RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and smooth transition through the post-operative phase.
What You'll Do
- Assess, monitor, and care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery.
- Coordinate and manage individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the recovery process.
- Utilize sound clinical judgment to promote patient safety and positive outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate care as appropriate.
Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or another compact licensure state.
Preferred
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
