About the role
Role: Provides direct patient care in the Operating Room as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities: Conducts patient assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, educates patients and families, promotes safety and quality, and collaborates with the healthcare team. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Ensures clear communication across the continuum of care and maintains compliance with standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an RN license and a nursing diploma or associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience required, but less than two years of experience is preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient-centered care skills are essential.
