Role: An Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing cancer treatment and managing complex oncologic conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Support patients and families through all phases of the cancer journey, including treatment, symptom management, and supportive care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and comfort.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current NYS RN license
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care, professional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC)
Work Environment & Requirements: Perform in patient care areas and offices, requiring walking, standing, bending, and lifting. Adhere to infection control policies with PPE usage. Serve patients of all age groups and work in a team-oriented, supportive culture.
