Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident, supporting new graduates in their transition to professional nursing within a comprehensive residency program.
Responsibilities: Participate in an immersive orientation and residency program, gain hands-on experience through preceptorship, and build clinical competence across all nursing units. Engage in ongoing professional development, attend weekly and monthly residency sessions, and contribute to a supportive team environment. Adhere to scheduling requirements, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holiday coverage.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited nursing program or recent RN licensure, with a preference for candidates with recent acute care experience. Must pass NCLEX prior to start. Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth are essential.
Key Duties: Provide safe, compassionate patient care, participate in mentorship and training activities, and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Fulfill program participation requirements and scheduling commitments to ensure successful integration and career development.
