Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
- Communicate and coordinate care with team members, document assessments, and support patient and family education.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
- Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and engage in ongoing development and leadership activities.
- Foster a positive work environment through mentorship, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and promote the nursing profession.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
- Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and RN licensure (single or multi-state license).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to professional growth, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
