Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care, adhering to evidence-based standards and professional ethics.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure individualized patient care.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and goal setting.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care promoting teamwork and inclusivity.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice.
- Participate in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards.
- Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and data collection for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associates or Bachelor of Nursing (preferred).
- Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).
- BLS certification.
- Less than one year of clinical experience or recent nursing school completion preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing standards, ethics, and evidence-based practice.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and professional development skills.
