What a Registered Nurse/RN Will Do
- Provide patient-centered care for patients requiring short-term monitoring and evaluation.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while engaging patients and families.

- Identify risks and maintain a safe care environment.
- Float to other units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
About This Location: Join our Med/Surg Observation team in Sheboygan, where you’ll care for patients requiring short-term, focused monitoring and rapid clinical decision-making. This unit offers a fast-paced environment that strengthens assessment skills, clinical judgment, and efficiency in care transitions.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative and supportive team that values communication, teamwork, and continuous learning. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong foundational skills while gaining experience in a dynamic care setting.

What a Registered Nurse/RN Will Need
- RN license in applicable state
- BLS required (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred

- Ability to manage fast-paced, short-stay patient populations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
Physical Requirements Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling, including assisting with transfers. Must respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Exposure to clinical environments requiring appropriate protective equipment
