Seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a Med Surg role in a fast-paced acute care environment. Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing compassionate patient care for diverse conditions, including COPD, pneumonia, post-surgical, and cardiac cases.
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms using telemetry systems and interpreting rhythm strips.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Documenting care thoroughly and accurately to maintain high-quality standards.
- Assisting with outpatient infusions and supporting patient flow amid high admissions and discharges.
Qualifications And Skills
- Current RN licensure with 2–5 years of acute or rural hospital experience preferred.
- Certifications in BLS and PALS are required.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Telemetry experience is advantageous.
Position Details
- Full-time, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 16-bed unit.
- Support staff includes CNAs and a clinical care coordinator.
- Opportunities for floating, safety sitter support, and flexible scheduling.
- Comprehensive orientation program including infection control, equipment training, and hands-on experience.

- Competitive pay rate of $34 - $54.40/hour.
