Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, quality care through clinical processes and relationship-based practices.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
- Support professional development by completing competency assessments and mentoring peers.
- Promote evidence-based practice, research, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Assist in protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree.
- Current RN licensure (single or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 5 years of direct RN patient care experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and utilize technology efficiently.
