About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg for a full-time, permanent night shift role in an inpatient acute-care hospital. Responsibilities include:
- Performing patient assessments and documenting care accurately
- Administering medications, IV therapies, and treatments
- Collaborating with physicians and care teams
- Educating patients and families for recovery and discharge
- Following safety and infection protocols, communicating patient changes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Indiana RN license or compact eligibility
- BLS certification
- Graduate of accredited ASN/ADN or BSN program
- Previous RN experience preferred; new grads may be considered
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
Position Details:
- 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- Units include Med/Surg – Ortho/Neuro/Uro and Renal-Focused care
- Competitive pay up to $45/hour, with shift differentials
