Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma; RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional growth and leadership; ability to adapt to change and foster a supportive environment.
Key Duties: Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, deliver safe and effective care, respond to patient needs, and participate in quality and performance improvement efforts.
