Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Supervisor responsible for overseeing nursing staff in patient care units.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel activities across one or more units.
- Ensure patient needs are met through evaluation of nursing care and performance.
- Participate in planning and organizing work, as well as collaborating with related departments.
- Plan and lead training, guidance, and educational programs for staff.
- Perform related duties to maintain quality care standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Academic degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred.
- Current licensure or certification to practice nursing according to state laws.
- CPR certification is required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
