About the role
Seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a Med Surg role providing direct clinical patient care on night shifts. Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care based on the nursing process
- Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care
- Ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services
- Coordinating patient care within medical regimes and administering medications safely
- Supporting hospital emergency protocols and understanding emergency codes
- Contributing to quality improvement, risk management, and infection control efforts
Qualifications And Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; recent acute care experience preferred
- Current licensure or certification to practice, including BLS; ACLS, PALS, or NRP as applicable
