Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Long Term Acute Care in Wichita, KS. Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and preceptors to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
- Interpret assessment data to create comprehensive nursing care plans with clear goals and discharge strategies.
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary teams to achieve rehabilitation objectives.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation in medical records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid State RN license required.
- BLS certification at hire.
- Flexibility to meet program requirements.
